The practice

Relay Flow Base was formed around a simple observation: product teams often have more data than clarity. Tracking plans expand, dashboards multiply, and the original decision gets lost.
We keep the engagement close to the product. That means listening to the people who built the journey, examining how events are actually produced, and writing down the limits of what the data can claim.
You work directly with the practitioner doing the analysis. When specialist implementation or research support is useful, we introduce it transparently and agree the shape together.
